Rosa's Interests

Hobbies: Rosa loves to write. She thought she would go into journalism, but wanted to do more than simply tell a story. She also was a speech writer for elected officials early in her career.  Now she does creative writing for herself. Rosa also loves to dance, learn new cultures, try new foods, cook and read.

Passions: Family, community, children. “I have a huge passion for children and the importance of creating a community conducive for their creative growth and development.”

Something Few People Know: “I sometimes drive 45 minutes to the beach just to stick my feet in the sand. It doesn’t matter whether I’m wearing a business suit or shorts, when things get crazy I like that I can do that.”
